Dear Friends and Allies,

The time for action on climate change is NOW!  Beginning  today, October 28 through November 6, 2016 - JOIN women, girls and allies from around the world as we raise our voices and stand for climate justice and real solutions as part of 'Women Act for Climate Justice: Ten Days of Global Mobilization'. Powerful actions are already underway from Fiji to Bangladesh, from Tunisia to Norway-women are taking a stand!

WHEN: October 28 to November 6, 2016
HOW: Click here to upload your photo and statement. This is a local action campaign that everyone can participate in by submitting a photo and statement individually or as a group! All actions will be shared far and wide on social media, and on the ground in Morocco during the United Nations COP22 climate talks.

We are uniting in action  to show our resistance to environmental and social degradation; to highlight the climate impacts our communities are facing; to demand drastic change away from our unjust economic and development systems; and to demonstrate the many effective, just and safe climate solutions, strategies and political calls that are being implemented by women and girls around the world on a daily basis. 

Women have always stood on the frontline of climate impacts - over these Ten Days of Global Mobilization - we act to ensure that our voices and solutions are brought to the forefront of all decision making and actions to address the climate crisis.
