Some final notes as you prepare to attend the national TEAMS competitions:

Team Captains
Each team must appoint a team captain who will attend the TEAMS captains meeting on Friday, June 22 (an announcement will be made during the TEAMS information meeting and captains will leave at that time). Captains will receive information pertinent to the TEAMS competitions and are expected to share this information with their team. Captains should be appointed prior to arriving at the conference.

TEAMS Information Meeting
All TEAMS attendees (coaches, students and guests) should attend the TEAMS Information Meeting on Friday, June 22. This meeting is being held at the Georgia World Congress Center Room 412 at 7:00PM.

The dress requirement for this event is casual as we know many people will just be arriving.

Shuttle buses will be running between the Marriott, the Westin and the Georgia World Congress Center each day of the conference.

Parent Authorization Forms
Make sure that each attendee has completed a Parent Authorization Form. Coaches must collect these prior to (or upon arrival) at the conference and keep them with him/her at all times. If there is a need for this form during the conference, the coach will be contacted immediately.

Food at the Conference
Links for dining options are listed on the national TEAMS conference page. In addition, on Saturday morning June 24 th from 6:30AM – 8:30AM, the Westin Peachtree Plaza will offer an affordable “Grab and Go” breakfast (items like breakfast sandwiches and fruit) in the lobby area.
