Tenzer PLLC Member Ari M. Tenzer was appointed Co-Chair of the Urban Land Institute's (ULI) Hospitality and Recreation Development Council at ULI's State Summit in Tampa on May 25, 2017.
The appointment puts Tenzer at the helm of a pivotal industry organization with a membership that includes some of the most talented, successful, and influential professionals in real estate and related fields. The Hospitality and Recreation Development Council is one of five of ULI's Florida Product Councils, which are intimate groups of State of Florida organization members who shape the programming and initiatives of the annual ULI Statewide Conference.
Tenzer has dedicated substantial time to ULI and the Council over the years, most recently serving as Assistant Programming Chair for the group.
