Read Sarah's Journey: "In March 2013, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Within a few short weeks, I experienced the greatest jolt in my life when I had a complete mastectomy. It was a great wake up call that the obesity, fibromyalgia, depression, and finally disease that I was experiencing were cries for a lifestyle change.
