Through Others’ Eyes is a photography program that addresses communication between Israeli Arab and Jewish high school age youth, who rarely if ever have an opportunity to meet one another as a result of Israel’s traditionally segregated school system. Through Others’ Eyes uses photography as the lens to explore questions of identity, culture, faith and coexistence.

The program engages 20 Israeli youth to learn photography and to travel to each other’s homes and communities to take photographs that reflect the reality of life in Israel. During the summer the group travels to the United States to share their vision and experiences with the American public.
