Three Rivers Festival: Fireworks

 

 

Tens of thousands of area residents eagerly await Northeast Indiana's largest pyrotechnic show, marking the close of nine fun-filled days of Three Rivers Festival. Join us for some of the best fireworks in the NE Indiana area!

 

From the top of a 26-story building in Downtown Fort Wayne, the dazzling colors, flashes of light and sparkles and thundering booms fill the night sky during this highly visible Fireworks Finale show!

 

When: Saturday, July 19, 2014 at 10 p.m.

 

Launch Location: One Summit Square

 

Community band entertains in Freimann Square prior to Fireworks.

The only thing better than the first half of Three Rivers Festival is the second half of Three Rivers Festival. If you missed the TRF Parade, the concerts, or the Bed Race, there is still plenty to enjoy in Downtown Fort Wayne.

Botanical Roots Outdoor
Concert Series
 
 
Get ready for our ninth year of musical fun! Six concerts with regionally and nationally touring artists featuring funk, blues, reggae and more. Concerts will be held outdoors in our Terrace Garden, rain or shine. Seating is limited, so please bring your own chair. Food and beverage will be available for purchase from Mad Anthony Brewing.

International Village

 

 

When: July 18 & July 19

Where: Headwaters Park East 

 

International Village is located adjacent to Food Alley with ten cultures represented. Entertainment includes dance, music, and story telling. Ethnic food will be available for purchase. Ethnic wares and handcrafted items will also be available for purchase.

Public RiverFront Meetings

 

Mark your calendars! The public is invited to respond to concepts for Fort Wayne's Downtown Riverfront at one of two public input meetings. Both meetings will take place at the Downtown Allen County Public Library in the theater. Find out full information at the link below and join in!

Annual Artlink Members' Show

 

When: July 18, 6 p.m. - 9 p.m.

Where: Artlink

 

The public is invited to attend the opening reception and Gallery Talk which begins at 6 p.m. with three participating artists talking about their work and answering questions from the gallery. This includes Beyond the Classroom. Artwork by the Art Education Association of Indiana will be displayed in the Betty Fishman Gallery.

Jirk Presents $5 Comedy Hour

In early 2013 Zach moved to Chicago and has been touring the midwest hitting up several festivals and is currently co-producing both Action Comedy at Challenger Comics and Arguments and Grievances at Shuba's Tavern. And NOW, we have him coming to Fort Wayne for the Jirk $5 Comedy Hour at Wunderkammer.
