Older Scout Programs Sign-up Opens March 15th at Noon
On Sunday starting at noon older Scout programs are open for reservations. You won't be able to proceed past the first page until then.

Be prepared with the names of the Scouts, their age and grade (entering next fall), You will also need to be prepared with a credit card or check information to enter a deposit and solidify your reservation. You will not need to have these Scouts entered into your roster on SCMS to register them for an older scout program. Once finished you will receive a confirmation immediately. 

Reservations are first come first served.

Summer Orientation Meeting Presentation

If you haven't received your summer planning packet already it should arrive in the mail shortly. It will be sent to the address on your 2015 Reservation Form. 
Merit Badge Mentors Wanted

We are looking for adults in your unit that are interested in becoming a mentor for our merit badge a camp. We want to engage experience volunteers that have an avocation or vocation in the merit badges that we offer. Being a mentor would involve developing a merit badge syllabus, and attending staff training week for one day to train and test our staff for their particular badge (either June 18th or 19th).

There is a meeting for all interested on March 19th at 7:00 PM. It will be held at the Saint Paul Scout Office. We will be discussing the role of the merit badge mentor and distributing materials.
Summer Camp Management System (SCMS)

Starting next week you will be able to enter your Scouts into your troop's roster through the SCMS system. After entering them into your roster you will be able to request merit badges for them. Merit badge requests will sit in a pending status until June 1st. On June 1st all requests will be approved or denied. Requests for merit badges that aren't limited space will all be approved and accepted on June 1st. Limited space merit badges will be sorted to give older Scouts priority. Requests made on or after June 1st will sit in a pending status until the Friday one week before you arrive to camp. After that no requests will be accepted.
