Triad Triathlon Team Newsletter
MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Happy February! I hope that you are primed and ready to take on new challenges in the upcoming Triathlon season. We had 2 fantastic TTT Clinics last month. Karen Buxton from coachbuxton.com lead us through an awesome swim clinic providing participants with valuable drills and explaining that an efficient kick is important even for long course triathletes. The next weekend, Richard Swor, TTT member, coach, and race director/owner at Trivium Racing helped get us off on the right foot with a track workout and plenty of drills to make you a faster, more efficient runner. Thank you Karen and Rich for the wonderful guidance!

Look towards the end of this newsletter for upcoming events and even more clinics.

ATHLETE OF THE MONTH!

The TTT Athlete of the month is Cindy Williard! Cindy is one of the TTT's most active members. She is at almost all of our team training events and participated in or volunteered at all of the TTT Race Series Races. Always cheerful and happy to be working out, Cindy likes to challenge herself as she runs towards her next goal. Thanks for being part of the team Cindy! You can read a short Q&A about Cindy by clicking  HERE.
