With the Hagan Stone Duatlon almost right around the corner, everyone is invited to participate in our course pre-ride/pre run on Saturday March 5 th.  Details will be posted on our Facebook Page as well as communicated via a future email.
The TTT is working hard to re-open the Online TTT store for team kits! You'll have the possibility of purchasing tri kits, cycling kits, and the newly created TTT running kits. All TTT kits will sport a new sponsor line up that will be in effect for the next 3 years. Even if you have a kit, PLEASE, PLEASE consider purchasing new tops to show off the new sponsors. In order to ease the expense, we will be providing a heavy subsidy on all kits. Pricing details will be communicated once the online store is open however expect to have a one-time opportunity to save ~20% on your TTT kits!
Here are some pictures of the kits and you may find details about the product lines on the manufacturer's website. (

Monday Recovery Runs:
Typically starting at 6 PM from the Payless Shoes (Target Shopping center near corner of Battleground/Lawndale) This is a conversationally paced out and back recovery run along the greenway with distances up to 5k. The greenway is sparely lit, so it is a good idea to bring along a light to see any debris on the greenway.

Track Tuesday:

Thursday Trainer Nights:
Bring your bike, indoor trainer, water, and a few towels to participate in High Intensity Interval Training. This is the best way to get a great cardiovascular workout while significantly boosting your power and speed on the bike. Be on the lookout for our FB posts confirming location and time.
Friday Swim:
