Taebo Fitness Is BACK!!!
Hey my Nuevolution Dance Family. Dr. Marlene Tages-Cordova is back with her famous Taebo Fitness Class. The first class begins today.
As it stands for now, Taebo Fitness Classes will only be offered each Thursday at 6:30PM.
The previous Tuesday 6PM time slot will be for the Insanity Fitness Class.
Rest assured we are working on providing more class times.
Looking forward to seeing you guys in class today.
