A win for REALTORS® & First Time Homebuyers
On the final day of session, Missouri First-Time Homebuyer Savings Account Act finally passed both the House and the Senate and will be sent to the Governor for review. This is a huge win for Missouri REALTORS® and first-time home buyers. We owe a big THANK YOU to House Sponsor and REALTOR®  Becky Ruth  and Senate Handler Caleb Rowden for their leadership and dedication to assure this priority bill passed.

Thank you to all who responded to the Calls for Action and/or traveled to Jefferson City to shed light on the importance of this bill. It wouldn't have passed without this teamwork. We are extremely proud!
