"AMETHYST & CELESTITE CLUSTERS"

Two of my favorite mineral purifiers, amplifiers and manifestors in
the cluster family are Amethyst and Celestite Clusters.
Amethyst
derives its name from the Greek word "amethystos" meaning "not drunk" or "not intoxicated". It is one of the favorite gem-quality minerals found in the Quartz family. Its color ranges from light lilac or lavender to the deep, rich, dark purples and violets...the latter (named Siberian Amethyst) being the most sought after, especially when containing flashes of red.
The lighter lilac and lavender specimens of Amethyst have been nicknamed "Rose de France" by the gem trade. Experts believe Amethyst gets its color from trace amounts of Iron (other theories attribute it to Manganese or hydrocarbons) present during the formation of the Quartz. It is stated that "as much Iron as would fit on the head of a pin can color one cubic foot of Quartz." "DETOX & REJUVENTATE"
As Spring nears, its a great time to detox the body from congestion and sluggishness that often occurs during the Winter season. There are a number of essential oils that aid greatly in purifying the body systems including
Cypress
,
Geranium
,
Grapefruit
,
Juniper Berry
,
Lemon
,
Orange
and Rosemary. To begin the detox add a few drops of any of these essential oils to a carrier oil such as almond, jojoba, or apricot oil and give yourself a full body Ayurvedic
"Abhyanga" massage.
To start, warm the carrier oil slightly under hot water for a few minutes. Pour the oil into the palm of your hand and add a few drops of one of the above mentioned essential oils. Starting with the crown of your head down to your toes, spread the oil over the whole body gently to moisten the skin. Let the oil soak in for a minute or two and then begin the massage using even pressure with the whole hand (palm and fingers) massaging toward the direction of your heart.
Use circular motions around your head and joints and straight strokes on your arms and legs. Use extra oil and pressure on the soles of your feet and palms of your hands stimulating all of the nerve endings. Relax for 10-15 minutes and then soak in a bath of Epsom or Dead Sea salts. Repeating this regimen as often as possible encourages the elimination of toxins from the body, improves circulation, increases stamina and stimulates the lymphatic flow. Relax and enjoy!
