March Madness: Group Exercise Edition
We are excited to announce our first ever March Madness: Group Exercise Edition that will begin on Sunday, March 4.

Round One : March 4 - 10
Sweet 16 : March 11 - 17
Elite 8 : March 18 - 24
Final Four : March 25 - 31
Championship : April 1 - 7


Here's how it works :
  • There are 32 classes total that are participating in March Madness. To start, each class is paired with a similar class in attendance.
  • The 32 classes are broken up in to four brackets: South, East, West, and Mid West. To see the complete bracket click here.
  • The class with the highest attendance each week will advance to the next round.
  • TRX and Cycling classes are not a part of March Madness due to only being able to hold a maximum number of participants.


Don't forget that the class with the highest attendance moves on to the next round. Encourage other members to join you in taking a class!

There will be a BIG bracket posted in the tennis hallway for members to stay up-to-date on which classes are moving to the next round! We hope you join in on the madness!
Clinical Wellness
Partner Yoga
Uniting in posture with a partner deepens our understanding of yoga and our awareness of others through the sense of touch. This class is an intermediate to advanced level class (requires 2+ years of yoga/BodyFlow). Partner Yoga will be held on Saturdays at 11:30 a.m. from March 24 - May 5. Members: FREE; Non-Members: $60. 

Adaptive Chair Yoga  will be held on Mondays and Fridays at 8 a.m. from March 19 - May 4. This class is great for those with a need to practice yoga but cannot get down onto the floor to a yoga mat. This chair class is designed to revive, refresh and uplift through gentle movement, stretches, meditation and relaxation. Members: FREE; Non-Members: $80.

Are you in needed of a guided or structured meditation practice? Join us for a peaceful journey with our Mindful Meditation classes . Upcoming sessions for Mindful Meditation are:
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1 p.m. from March 20 - May 3. Members: FREE; Non-Members: $80.
  • Mondays at 7 p.m. from March 19 - April 30.Members: FREE; Non-Members: $60.

Health Coaching
We are now offering health coaching! Your health coach is your number one advocate, mentor, and educator. Health coaching provides a well rounded approach to all of your health goals.
Members: $20
Non-Members: $30

Fitness Assessments
We offer a variety of fitness assessments to help you get started with your exercise goals.

Basic Fitness Package : body composition analysis, cardiorespiratory testing, strength testing, flexibility testing, and exercise prescription.

Advanced Fitness Package : includes everything in the basic package, plus skinfold measurements.

Silver Assessment : the basic fitness assessment modified for those over the age of 65. Includes balance and cognitive tests to help both mind and body stay sharp and focused throughout the years.

Aquatics
Register now for Lifeguard Training, Lifeguard Training Review, and Water Safety Instructor classes!

Registration for 4-week Swim Lessons begins on March 12. The next session will run March 20-April 12.

Registration for 8-week Swim Lessons will begin on April 16. The next session will run April 29-June 24.

Registration for Cruisers' Club begins April 2. The next session will run April 9-June 15.

Registration for all swim programs is done at the back desk. Private swim lesson are also available. For more information contact Dave Ames at 875-7525.

Developing Dynamic Fitness
An 8-week class designed to help build confidence and strength for children of all fitness levels between the ages of 9-14.

Through the power of play and body weight movements, participants will improve their fitness levels from head to toe.

The class meets on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6:15pm-7:15pm.

Register at the front desk. Space is limited.

Members: $55
Non-Members: $70
Summer Fit Camp
Babysitter Training
This class is for boys and girls 11 years and older with very little babysitting experience.

The class covers basic skills in feeding, sleeping, and playing with infants, toddlers, and young children.

The next class will be held on Saturday, March 24 from 9am-2pm.

Non-Members: $40

Tennis Balls
USTA Quick Start kid classes for beginners on Saturdays from 12pm-1pm.

USTA Quick Start kids classes for beginners/advanced beginners on Saturdays from 11am-12pm.

USTA Futures tennis classes for intermediates on Thursdays from 4:30pm-6pm.

Adult tennis classes for advanced beginners/intermediates on Thursdays from 6pm-7pm.

Register for all tennis classes at the back desk.

Congratulations to Rebecca Minter, our Champion of Caring for the month of February.
