Bill is a leading educator in the area of innovative leadership, teaching, and learning. Working with a team of educators in Farmingdale, Bill led an overhaul of professional practices related to organizational learning and successfully established Farmingdale Schools and the leadership team as an incubator for innovation in learning. Bill has published articles on leadership, innovation and professional learning for several publications. Over the past decade he has delivered numerous keynotes and consulted in school districts across the United States on leading innovation, school culture, personalized learning and leadership. Bill holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Fordham University and currently teachers in the Doctoral program.
