It was our busiest January kick off in the last 10 years. We began the first full week of 2015 with maximum capacity roster of 11 retained searches scattered in places such as Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, Fort Worth, and even in Eau Claire Wisconsin. 

We had to reject some new clients in order to allow our quality control standards to be adhered to. Positions were in the ranges of $160 to $800K approx gross compensation packages.
