The first annual Hop 'N Vine Festival & Market, set for March 11th at the Santa Clara County Fairgrounds, will be a fun day of tasting, shopping and learning!
Kim Engelhardt, owner of Lion Ranch Vineyards & Winery and vice president of the Wineries of Santa Clara Valley

This event will feature only local wineries and breweries crafting their product right here in Santa Clara County.

Kim Engelhardt, owner of Lion Ranch Vineyards & Winery and vice president of the Wineries of Santa Clara Valley noted "the wineries of
Santa Clara Valley are excited to be a part of this event, giving the residents of San Jose and beyond an opportunity to taste the great wines grown in their own backyard. We continually hear about people being surprised that there are 25+ wineries in our area, so we are coming to them this time."

Tickets are $55 in advance and include complimentary parking, 15 tastes, lite bites, entertainment, a fun game area (that will include virtual reality tours of Rome and Machu Picchu!), and three $5 certificates to apply toward a purchase of wine or beer in the Market to take home for later.

Tickets are limited!  If any tickets are still available they will be $65 at the door.

Unlike most wine or beer tasting events, at the Hop 'N Vine Festival & Market if you taste something you like you'll be able to pick up a few bottles to take home for later.  Included with each ticket will be three $5 certificates that can be applied to purchases in the Market.

In addition to shopping for wine and beer, there will also be vendors selling fun stuff like this table made from wine barrel wood
