We had so much fun with our friendly competition between the restaurants at our summer launch we decided to continue the "Best Taste" and
"People's Choice" awards. All guests are given the opportunity to vote for their favourite restaurant based on the cuisine being served. The popular vote is crowned "People's Choice". Celebrity Judges choosing "Best Taste" to be named soon!
At our summer launch, the competition was fierce and the restaurants brought their "A game" wowing everyone in attendance. In the end it was a close race between the top three with West Plains Bistro edging out the competition by a slight margin with their Coffee and Ancho Braised Beef Short Ribs with a bell pepper salad with pumpkin and sunflower seeds and a cilantro honey oil. Congratulations, to the team at West Plains Bistro. Coming in a close behind was SB Prime with their Dry Ribs & Roasted corn salad with tomato avocado cotija cheese & a lime aioli and Water St. Cooker with their Summer Salad featuring fresh local ingredients picked fresh that morning at Plan B organics. It was a tight race and we'd like to congratulate both Chefs on their second place finish.
