On9 is partnership among business owners in the 9th Square to create events, spark vitality and drive foot traffic into the shops, eateries, residences and cultural arts centers in their neighborhood. The group, together with the Town Green District and the City of New Haven's Project Storefronts, created On9, a yearlong, themed open-house happening on the first Friday evening of every month.
