WEtech is pleased to announce that it has provided direct dollars through the WINnovation Fund totaling $15,389 to six of its youth clients (ages 18-29). On Friday, June 19th over 200 established and emerging community leaders attended the Windsor 180 Summit at the St. Clair Centre for the Arts. WEtech Alliance hosted a breakout session entitled: "WINnovation: The Local Innovation You Don't Know About" with the goal of highlighting the amazing innovation and "Firsts" coming out of Windsor-Essex and to counteract the perception that you have to leave the region in order to be successful. Assisted Living Southwestern Ontario held their 1st Annual Windsor-Essex Accessibility Awards on June 23rd in which they recognized individuals & companies that have made their workplaces and the region more accessible. Congratulations to WEtech clients Parallel 42, recognized with the Innovation and Technology Award for their Explore Windsor-Essex app and CenterLine, winner of the Education/Employment Award for their effort towards integration of persons with disabilities in the workplace.

Pareto Donates Software and Keeps Windsor's Tech Buzz Rolling
Pareto Business Grp Pareto Business Group, a division of Cypher Systems Group, has donated 25 Microsoft Office 365 licenses to the University of Windsor's EPICentre. The licenses will be distributed among EPICentre's incubator members, students, and recent graduates currently participating in the EPIC Founders Program. Read more
