  • The Department of Energy SBIR/STTR Phase 0 Outreach and Assistance Program is taking applications on a first come, first serve basis. The purpose of the Phase 0 program is to support the DOE's efforts to increase SBIR/STTR applications from, and ultimately make more awards to, small businesses owned by women and minorities and those located in underrepresented states. Small businesses with an interest in developing energy-related technology should review the subtopics and apply to the program at www.dawnbreaker.com/doephase0.
