  • The Department of Energy SBIR/STTR Phase 0 Outreach and Assistance Program is taking applications on a first come, first serve basis. The purpose of the Phase 0 program is to support the DOE's efforts to increase SBIR/STTR applications from, and ultimately make more awards to, small businesses owned by women and minorities and those located in underrepresented states.
