Turns out they aren't bilingual
While the list of pros is extensive on the new meters going in across the City, we hit a snag in how the meters were communicating with our billing software. As a result, TCUD-I customers experienced a delay in the receipt of their utility bill for June. The issue has been resolved and bills were sent out mid-week. We do apologize for any inconveniences this caused. On a brighter note, these new meters will allow for earlier detection of leaks and other issues, and will save money on contracting for meter-reading. Translation: More time and money for repairs, maintenance and improvements. #Score #EverybodyWins

TCUD-II Improvements Continue
Contractors working on the TCUD-II system repairs have identified several areas allowing for large amount of surface water in infiltrate the system. This is a problem as this water overburdens the treatment plants. The contractors have already begun repairs to these areas.
