Hey,

A Corpus Christi Firefighter was one of 4 Firefighters injured this morning during a fire in Robstown. Corpus Christi Firefighters were part of several mutual aid departments to help the Robstown FD with a building fire on Main Street about 0315 Hours. Initial reports are that a partial wall collapse led to intense fire conditions that left the Firefighter with 2nd and 3rd degree burns to his face and arms. The Firefighter was taken to Christus Spohn Hospital Memorial and then moved by medical helicopter to the burn unit at the San Antonio Military Medical Center.

2 other Firefighters from Robstown and Annaville were also injured but they are doing fine. More details to follow.

HERE is video from the fire: http://www.kristv.com/news/fire-fighter-hurt-in-early-morning-robstown-blaze/#!prettyPhoto/0/

We wish him a quick recovery.

Take care-BE CAREFUL.
