Texas is growing and flourishing!
Greetings!

In our first newsletter we showed you how everything is bigger in Texas and how Texas is a great state for living, working and most importantly doing business. Well, nothing has changed since the last newsletter: Texas, is still growing and flourishing. Even our own local office in Texas has expanded with two interns and a new honorary consul. NBSO -Texas was present at some very interesting events and hopes to welcome you on the National Export event on November the 2nd.
News from the office
Since September 2016 interns Elène Lenders en Mark Ardesch have joined our office. Elène is doing a in-depth market research on renewable energy in Texas. With this research she will advice Dutch companies about the business opportunities on renewable energy in Texas. Mark is looking for marketing opportunities to expand NBSO's local presence and her publicity in the Netherlands. We are thrilled to welcome them in our office and are looking forward to their results.

NBSO Active: SWSX Eco
From October 10-12 2016 Austin, TX, hosted the annually SWSX Eco  in the Austin Convention Center. This event created a great (networking) space for business leaders, investors, innovators and designers to drive economic, environmental and social change. Start-ups had the opportunity to pitch their ideas in front of possible investors. Together with the Dutch Embassy in Washington, the NBSO visited this event and talked to many interesting organizations, established companies and start-ups with very innovative ideas, each with a big changing impact on the (future of the) environment.
