Thank You To Those Who Helped in The Flood
We are lucky to have the Fremont Township and Mundelein CERT Teams in our community. Most residents don't know these volunteers helped with the people in need the night of the flood and/or weeks after. Thank you to all CERT Members for your concern for the safety of our residents.

There are so many people and agencies to be thankful for. I personally spoke with people from Samaritans Purse and the Red Cross and heard first hand from residents who received help from them. The help was greatly appreciated. These volunteers came from all over the country.

Thank you to Lake County Government and to all the municipal and township employees, to local churches and residents who helped our neighbors during this stressful time.

Thank you to the Fremont Township staff, as our office is continuing to work with the people who were displaced by the flood. The financial donations we are receiving from our community are greatly appreciated. We are hopeful our residents will be back into their homes by the middle of November.
