Perinatal  Mental Health:
Advocating for the Health and Wellbeing of Families

The NPA conference committee would like to thank all who attended the 2017 Conference.

The breadth of specialties and interests represented by presenters was matched only by the spectrum of providers and parents in the audience, which made for a wonderfully collaborative environment.
We all felt and shared an electricity in the air throughout the conference which was full of love and passion for the work that we do.
Most importantly, we hope you were supported in going home with your own action items to move perinatal mental health initiatives forward.
As a special thank you for your participation at our 2017 Conference, you have been given a complimentary 3-month NPA membership that will grant you access to everything the National Perinatal Association has to offer. But don't wait to sign up for your annual membership, join today. *Special rates are available for students, parent advocates, and non-profit organizations.

Over the course of our conference, we heard numerous informative sessions provided by professionals and experts with special knowledge in the field of perinatal care and parental support.
Watch for emails from NPA in which we will highlight each day's presentations.
Each year the National Perinatal Association honors those who give voice to the needs of infants, their families, and their healthcare providers. Here are our 2017 Award Winners:

Many of you have asked how to get more involved.  There are many ways for you to lend your expertise. Learn more about some of our current projects:
Over the next several weeks, we will be contacting you with specific information about our initiatives and how you can get involved.
We had a sold out conference this year and have already had people ask about registering for next year’s conference.  Registration will open soon for our 2018 conference on substance use in the perinatal period. Lend your expertise and passion and consider presenting next year. Finally, talk about the NPA to your friends and colleagues. We are always interested in expanding our efforts.
