It's Thanksgiving week and we have a bit of a different schedule. There's no better time than now to get out to class and work on your health right before the holiday foods come out. If you haven't tried a class before, try one on us! If you have and loved it, come to class this week and burn some calories.

Tuesday: 9:00am in Campbell
Meet at Tiny Tots. We're doing some Turkey art after class so plan to hang around for a bit!
Wednesday: 9:30am in Los Gatos
4 Miles Ave, LG, in the parking lot of Balzer Field
*In the event of rain, class will be inside at 9am @ Title 9 on N Santa Cruz Ave
Thursday: No Class- Happy Thanksgiving!
Friday: No Class- Get out for a family walk!
