At each Peace, Healing, Leadership and Creative Emergence Intensive, James "co-mentors" with 9 emerging leaders or practitioners in the fields of peacebuilding, social healing, sacred activism or collective transformation.
This is a spiritual, psychological, emotional and intellectual intensive. Participants will be challenged to step into their core identity and to help facilitate other emergent leaders in the process.
Drawing upon years of leadership roles in international organizations, dialogue, and deep contact with spiritual leaders, evolutionary thinkers and change agents, James has designed a leadership and emergence Intensive which combines spiritual insight, contemporary scientific research and a wealth of front-line experience in diverse global contexts. While James teaches part of the program imparting knowledge and practical skills, he creates a deep field for co-mentoring and creating what he calls "the joy of we."
