The Active&Fit DirectTM Program Network Update
(Individual Program Only)
We would like to inform you that 24 Hour Fitness has made the
decision to withdraw from participation in the Active&Fit Direct™ Program. However, they will
continue to participate in the
employer-sponsored
Active&Fit
®
Program.

For Active&Fit Direct™ members currently enrolled with 24 Hour Fitness, their membership may continue without disruption until December 31, 2018. American Specialty Health will also be sending a notice to affected members.

For individuals interested in joining 24 Hour Fitness through the Active&Fit Direct™ Program for $25 a month, a membership agreement must be signed by February 25, 2018 in order to obtain 24 Hour Fitness membership through December 31, 2018.
Before transitioning to another fitness center, be sure to confirm they participate with Active&Fit Direct™. Please note that among YMCA locations in Hawaii, only the Hilo branch participates with Active&Fit Direct™ at this time.
