THIS PAST FRIDAY NIGHT WAS KARAOKE NIGHT
This past Friday evening was a little on the quiet side, due to the fact that most of our "Snow Birds" have returned to their Northern homes. We still, however, had a nice group of mostly "Year-Rounders," to make the evening interesting. Most of the group were to shy to get up and sing, hence most of the Karaoke was sung by the entertainer of the evening. We did however, have a few brave souls. No matter, the evening was a success, as always!

Sunday, Addison Reserve did what Addison Reserve does best and threw a delectable buffet lunch and dinner to celebrate every mom and grandma from our membership. 675 members, family & guests were treated to 2 separate venues of salads, shrimp, chicken, lobster, pizza and an assortment of Dana's Delights for dessert. The room was abuzz with laughter, joy & love but all we saw were the happy faces of all the mom's in the room. It was a beautiful way to honor and spend time with our loved one's once again. Happy Mother's Day to all.

Joan & Patrick O'Shaughnessy are in Memphis, Tennessee. Memphis has something for everyone. There are the must see attractions from Elvis Presley's home to to mighty Mississippi River. It also is the home of Rock & Roll. Another place goes on our bucket list!

Jack Elf & Enid Rosenthal are on a beautiful trip to Beijing. In the top photo they visited Tiananmen Square and then we see them on the Yangtze River. In the last picture, Jack said he would like to take this young girl home, however Enid would not give up her airline ticket!

Patti & Horace Cohen are visiting Santa Fe. Here they saw the Rio Grande and the Taos NM Unesco World Heritage site. The only continuous living Indian reservation for over 100 years. I know that they are having a great time!

As for our Addison Reserve real estate update, we now have 44 homes on the market for sale.
