Friday evenings at "Styr", even during the off season, is the place to meet and greet your friends. Each and every Friday night, our membership eventually, one way or another, stops by "Styr" to see whats happening. Some of our membership stay for cocktails & hors d'oeuvres, some move on to the main dining rooms, while others dine out and return later for after dinner drinks or just some coffee or cappuccino. Whatever the time, members join other members at our most popular venue, "Styr".

WEDNESDAY NIGHT AT ADDISON RESERVE
Similar to Friday evening's at Styr, Wednesday at Styr has become another mainstay at our country club. "Prime Rib Night" at Addison Reserve is enjoyed by many members every single week. Along with our regular menu, Wednesday evenings offer us a choice of 3 different sized Prime Rib cuts, King, Queen or Junior, all delicious. ampling French cuisine and e
njoyed wondering through the small villages. The sightseeing in Provence was incredible. By the way, they started their
travels in Montpellier, France for a wedding at a 1200 year old castle.
Then they drove through Provence to Aix, Cassis and finished off in Cannes.

As for our Addison Reserve real estate update, we now have 27 homes on the market for sale. Our prices range from $325,000-$2,795,000. there are 9 estate homes and 18 zero lot line homes for sale of which 21 have golf and 6 have sports memberships. This week we weren't as busy as in the past, possibly due to the intense heat in Paradise or the off season or both. There was 1 new listing placed onto the market this past week located on Trieste Place. This 3 bedroom, plus office, 2960 square feet under air, golf membership home, has been recently updated and is asking $569,000.
Season is right around the corner. Before you know it, our snow birds will be returning from their northern homes, our gorgeous new lifestyle complex will be open and our club will be rocking and rolling like never before.
