You may not always see them, but they are there. Behind the scenes. In our classrooms. Our offices. Our gardens. Our vault. Our workshop. Our library. Who are these hidden secrets, these people who make The Bakken one of the most unique and engaging museums in the world?
They are our incredible volunteers.

Great ideas come from people of all ages!
What do braille, ear muffs, and Popsicles have in common? They were all invented by kids under the age of sixteen. Each of these young people came up with a novel approach to a problem they had personally experienced or combined things in a new and novel way. Know any students who have great ideas? Tell them about the Inventors Club! Spring sessions start this Saturday, April 5th.
