BBC Radio 4
Food & Farming Awards 2012

Sheila Dillon and the team at Radio 4's Food Programme are on the hunt for the best in British food. Not just the best tasting - though that's crucial - but the food that's changing the country and us for the better, even in the midst of this recession. Food that's reviving towns, creating fulfilling jobs, boosting the economy, involving people in the food system, preserving what's local and helping to teach our children the pleasures and value of food.
Richard was thrilled to have been named as the BBC Food Champion of the Year back in 2010 for his work on baking but now we would love you to support the Bakery in the categories of
Best Food Producer
and
Best Local Food Retailer.
Nominations will be accepted from mid-June. You can follow this link to book-mark the page and we will send you a reminder in our June newsletter when the nominations page is live.
