announces the restaurant line-up, token availability and a call for volunteers!
Prepare yourself for some delicious culinary delights, mouth watering treats and an evening of fun as 30 of the area's most popular restaurants display their culinary talents during Taste on Broadway, presented by Citizens Bank. The 15th annual event takes place August 2, from 5 to 11 p.m. on Broadway Street in Downtown Green Bay.

| Vita Rawstaurant is Open Again!
Vita Rawstaurant, located in the historic On Broadway District at 131 N. Broadway Street, is still celebrating its grand re-opening. Vita Rawstaurant will serve raw, freshly prepared tapas style plates, beer, wine, and desserts only on Friday and Saturday evenings from 4 until close. Many have anticipated their reopening as they had previously closed their doors and only offered raw-food classes and catering.
Vita Rawstaurant has gained popularity by offering a pure raw menu with each item prepared to order. With a clean, intricate, and intriguing menu they continue to receive high praise from those that are closely related and experts in the field of raw prepared food.

Locally crafted brews and wine continue to be a big draw at the Farmers' Market On Broadway.
Located under one beverage tent, it seems to be the place where locals and visitors alike gather to drink, sip and congregate. The addition of tables, seating, music and shade have helped create the perfect spot to take a rest and cool off with a refreshing cold draft or a nice smooth wine.
Next time you are at the Market, stop at the beverage tent (located in Beernstens' Candy parking lot) and order your favorite drink. You might just run into someone you know and decide to sit and stay awhile. And, don't forget to tip the bartenders! All the money raised goes to On Broadway!

Nadia Carlson  Born in Green Bay, WI and now a Sophmore at University of Wisconsin, Madison, she is double majoring in Community and Non-Profit Leadership along with Environmental Studies. Joining OBI in May of 2012, Nadia has been giving her time and talent to our Administrative Department. When asked why she chose to join OBI as an intern she stated "I have been working in the area, like local businesses and wanted to learn more about the non-profit world. I also wanted to gain experience in how non-profits are run."
