We have yet another opportunity to get a COVID-19 test on campus and its imperative that we take advantage.
Kentucky State University is hosting Wild Health COVID-19 testing Tuesday, March 2 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the William Exum Center gymnasium. Participants shall enter by the bay door near the back of the Exum parking lot. All students and employees are encouraged to be tested.
Keep up the good work, Breds. In addition to getting tested March 2, we need you to stay vigilant in keeping the community safe and healthy. There are reasons for optimism, as good news regarding vaccines continues to arise and COVID-19 cases around the nation are decreasing. Let us not, however, get lulled into a false sense of security. Do not let up. Continue wearing your mask, washing your hands and maintaining at least six feet of social distance. Let’s continue to fight to keep our community healthy and intact.
As the United States passed 500,000 known COVID-19 deaths this week, let us remember those we have lost and honor their memories. Let us continue to battle in the hopes that we can protect our friends, family and loved ones.
