OPERATIONAL ALERT STATUS
HIGH RISK
Kentucky State is open, but activities are heavily restricted.
Let’s finish the fight
As we wait for general election results to be counted, we hope that you exercised your right to vote and had a safe and healthy Election Day. We celebrate the record number of voters around the country that showed up early, the day of or via absentee ballot.

On campus, everyone is continuing to be THORO in their work of keeping each other safe. As the rest of the Commonwealth is seeing rising numbers, Kentucky State and Franklin are rare exceptions. Continue with vigilance, Thorobreds. As Gov. Andy Beshear recently noted, every two minutes we are losing one of our fellow Americans to COVID-19.

The end of the in-person semester is upon us. Get tested before you go home so you don’t unknowingly spread the virus to friends and family members. As good citizens, we must continue to practice what we’ve learned away from campus.

Finish strong, Thorobreds. We are fighting our way through historical circumstances together. Let’s finish this fight and make this semester a memory we look back on, knowing we did our best.
