Coming
in 2011 - Guest Chef Series
South Louisiana is a favorite destination for lovers of great
food from every culture. Next spring at The Caldwell House, we'll
introduce a Guest Chef Series to showcase the culinary specialties
of local chefs. Our first event will be "That's Amore!" when we
celebrate the food and music of Italy, and the special influence of
Sicilian culture in New Orleans and Abbeville.
