Women's team: 1st Coed team: 4th Women's singles: Lucy Ma: 2nd, Lee Zi Xin: 4th Men's singles: Sho Hashizume: round of 8

These results directly qualified all teams except the Co-ed team for Nationals, unless they receive a wildcard bid. UPenn is sending 5 people to Nationals, the largest contingent in the past 6 years. Nationals will be held at Eau Claire, Wisconsin from Apr 7-9.

How do you define success?
Success is not about the end result. Personally, it is defined by consistently doing the little things properly along the journey.

What program has been your favorite to design, plan, and implement?
We recently formed a partnership with The Philadelphia School, a private school for Pre-Kindergarten- 8th grade. Part of the partnership is to introduce tennis as an offering in their after school kids clubs. The majority of the kids enrolled in the tennis club had either never played before or played infrequently. It's been really gratifying to see the kids progress, show enthusiasm on the court and build relationships with our staff.

People would be surprised to know about me:
I love to travel! So far I've traveled to five of the seven continents (missing Africa and Antarctica).
