Board Member Recruitment
 

The Early Learning Coalition is looking for a new for-profit provider representative to serve on the Board of Directors. Our Board brings together   child care providers,  early childhood education professionals,  community and government leaders, and  representatives from the  private sector business industry,  to provide oversight and set strategic priorities for the Coalition.  The Coalition and all of its community partners work to make certain that every child in Pinellas County has access to the support and resources needed to be ready to enter school and succeed.   
 
The Board of Directors meets bimonthly on the fourth Thursday of the month. The provider representatives also serve on the Program Development Committee which typically meets on the 4th Monday of the months opposite the board meetings. This is a commitment of about 2 hours a month and meetings are held at our Clearwater office.
