Winter Riding in Chicago
Winter in this city can make or break a person-not just as an athlete, but as a normal human being who enjoys sunshine and showing up to social gatherings without windburn and numb digits.

More often than not, when someone hears about training here, year-round on a bike, the assumption is that they've misinterpreted what you've said or that you're not right in the head. However, cold as it may be, Chicago winter riding and training has some real benefits.

In order to take advantage of winter riding and training, there are some non-negotiables when it comes to kit and gear-and, as all things bike, some 'nice to haves' that simply make the whole process more enjoyable.

Just days after completing his second straight Tour de France, Triathlete Magazine spoke to Hayman to get the lowdown on how logging more than 600 miles on the indoor trainer helped him win one of cycling's biggest prizes.

GPS Watch Comparison: Which One is Best?
There was a time when a sport watch could only offer time and heart rate, and offered little additional value.  But with the explosion of GPS-enabled devices, modern triathlon watches are quite advanced and can help any athlete train with more accuracy.

The watchmakers have turned the simple watches into complex fitness tracking tools that you can wear right on your wrist.  The problem is, the market is saturated. Which ones are best?  How do you know without getting caught up in all the technology? How much money do you need to spend on a sport watch? Here are some of our recommendations.
