Please mark your calendars. For those unable to attend, we are planning on recording the meeting. We would like to gather any questions or concerns you may have prior to September 5, so we can try to address them at the meeting. Please submit here .

Become a Host Family
Whitnall AFS is looking for any families in the district who might be interested in hosting an exchange student for this school year. It is a rewarding experience for both the host family and the exchange student. Not sure about committing for the entire school year? Consider being a Welcome Family for a few weeks for a student until s/he is placed in a longterm family. If interested, please contact Sara Brand at [email protected] .
Whitnall Falcon Booster Club
Whitnall Falcon Booster Club (WFBC) would like to welcome all the new freshman families to WHS! As always, WFBC is looking to grow our ideas and our community. We would like to invite all parents to our first meeting of the school year: Sept. 4th at 7 PM in the Library.

What is WFBC? - We are a parent run organization with a mission to positively impact every WHS student. The WFBC is NOT a booster club dedicated to sports alone. We are dedicated to providing the little and not so little extras that make every student's high school memories ones that will last a lifetime. Two of the major events sponsored, which every student has the opportunity to take advantage of during their high school years, are the homecoming festivities and the junior/senior post prom.

We would love for you to join us as we kick off the new school year. Come and see what we are all about!

You can also check out our new website at   www.whitnallfalconboosterclub.org , where you can now complete your membership online! If you haven't renewed your membership and wish to send the form to school, you can still do so. Membership will also be at the football game tonight! Go Falcons!!

If you have any questions or can't make it and would like more information, please don't hesitate to contact Nicole Bartkowiak (President) at [email protected]

Community T-shirts
Thanks to the many parents who have ordered their child’s HCE community t-shirt. We want EVERY child to have a t-shirt, so we need your help to order the correct size. The cost is $3 or we can assist with the payment. Please follow the link HERE . We are planning to have the t-shirts tie dyed and ready for our kick-off assembly in early September.
What Time Does School Start?
Please ensure that your child arrives to school by 8:35 AM. Supervision begins on the west playground at 8:20 AM on days without rain or temperatures below 0 degrees. Please don’t drop students off in the parking lot before you see the HCE staff on duty. Starting school on time helps the child transition into their school day with ease. If you arrive after 8:40 AM, you must come to the Godsell Avenue entrance and bring your child inside to sign them in. Students are marked tardy if they arrive at 8:40 AM or later.
Drop Off & Pick Up
Please follow the car drop off / pick up procedure linked HERE to keep all children safe. Entering the parking lot off of Janesville Road and proceeding in one of the two lanes takes you to the gate. Follow the directions of the staff member to move to the Safety Sidewalk. Children should enter or exit the car at the passenger side. While the line may look long, this area will clear within 15 minutes from the start of the school day or at dismissal. The Godsell Avenue (north) side of HCE is where buses, daycare vans, and those with handicapped placards drop students off. If you want to bring your child to the north side of the school, you must park or drop off in a legal area. Double parking or using our neighbors driveways is illegal.

Students who are dropped off should assemble on the WEST playground. Early Childhood and K4 assemble in the gym lobby (glass doors). Grades K5 and 2 enter DOOR 10. Grades 1, 3, 4, 5 enter DOOR 12.
