District News
Superintendent's Corner
On Monday night, the board approved the purchase and plan to move forward with Chromebooks to replace iPads for grades 6-12. Please click here for the board packet, which details the timeline for replacement.

There were two highlights to my week. The first was delivering notes of recognition to staff members. The district office team continues to make building rounds and meet with each staff member. When a staff member mentions someone as being extremely helpful, that person will receive a quick note. Here are the questions we are asking each staff member:

  • What’s working well?
  • Are there any individuals who have been especially helpful to you whom I could recognize?
  • Do you have the resources to do your job?
  • Is there anything that we could do better?

The second highlight was the parent information meeting on Thursday night. Thank you to all the parents who attended the meeting and shared their concerns and suggestions for improvement! We value our parent input and involvement and, based upon the request, we will hold additional parent information exchanges. Please watch The Connect for more information about dates and times. We have posted the presentation and handouts on the website under Families > Resources.  Click here to get directly to the page.
