As you are aware, we kicked off the week with a professional learning day focused on data. As a district staff, we reviewed our historical demographic and achievement data and then spent time looking at building and classroom data. Several of our annual district goals are related to understanding our student achievement data in order to develop strategies in our cycle of continuous improvement.
This week, I was able to get into all of our buildings to witness great relationships being built through activities such as WMS advisory and the anti-bullying presentation by former Packer, LeRoy Butler. And, as we know, the individual conversations in classrooms and hallways between adults and students. Great relationships are key to learning.
Thank you to everyone who completed our facilities needs study. Please see information below about next steps in the process. We hope you can join us!
Fall is in the air with the weather cooling down. WHS sponsored Haunted Hallways last night, and the HCE Harvest Parade is today! Tonight is the second round of playoffs for our football team with local rival Greendale. Go Falcons!
