Check out our CU SAVE Case Study
Educators Credit Union met with Corporate Central's partner, Strategic Resource Management (SRM), at a regional credit union conference last year. They next connected at the Corporate Central Members Advisory Council meeting in Milwaukee, WI where SRM's President, Patrick Goodwin, was giving a presentation on card portfolio management.
The timing was perfect - the credit union was about to renew their agreements for transaction processing and PIN/POS networks. Before long, Educators Credit Union engaged the CU Save team to review the structure of their debit and credit card portfolios, and the savings turned out to be tremendous!

It's Here! Introducing QuantyPhi
Like most credit union executives these days, you wear a lot of hats. You're busy beyond busy,
and your needs are constantly changing - especially as balance sheets become more complicated and portfolios become more
sophisticated. To complicate things further, you may not have the time, tools and training needed to keep risk and opportunity balanced for peak performance.
But...what if your credit union had an experienced partner that could:
- Help maximize day-to-day balance sheet performance?
- Do the never-ending math you don't have time to do?
- Expertly adjust plans and projections as markets and goals change?
- Run "what-if" scenarios and strategize for you?
- Find opportunity on both sides of the balance sheet?
- Build a balance sheet with muscle, flex and stamina?

Strategic ALM Conference
Corporate Central Credit Union in Muskego, WI
Despite three Fed rate hikes, the future path of interest rates remains uncertain. Will the economy stumble in a higher rate environment forcing a reverse course or will the Fed have room to continue pushing fed funds higher?
As is always the case, the odds of successfully forecasting interest rates are no better than a coin flip. A solid ALM process remains critical to your credit union's success.
This two-day workshop highlights best practices in the ALM arena as well as providing regulator insights from the Wisconsin DFI.
The basic track is designed for CEO's, CFO's, ALCO members and financial management staff involved in actively managing the balance sheet. The track lays the foundation for developing an understanding of interest rate risk and key interest rate risk measurements.
The advanced program is designed for those directly responsible for monitoring and managing the credit union's interest rate risk. Topics include liquidity risk management, portfolio benchmarking, aligning investment analysis with rate risk position and possible CECL impact on the balance sheet.
