Deadlines for ACF Committee Candidates
 Nominations are being accepted for elected committee positions on American Culinary Federation's Internal Audit and Ethics committees. Each committee has five open positions - one per region and one national chairperson.

Professional Culinarian members and Senior Professional Culinarian members in good standing may submit their Intent to Run postmarked no later than deadline:

Northeast & Southeast regions: Deadline January 29
Central & Western Regions: Deadline February 1

Certification News
Space Is Limited - Apply for Approved Mentor Training
Evaluators interested in ACF Approved Mentor Training, to be held at 2018's ChefConnect: Charlotte and ChefConnect: Newport Beach , should apply as soon as possible. Only advance applicants are invited to train and space is limited. Request an application from certify@acfchefs.net.
Upgrade Your Certification 
After a short three years, most CC® and CPC® candidates are ready to move up to Certified Sous Chef® or Certified Working Pastry Chef® level. You've been working hard in kitchen and perfecting skills that earned you the CC® or CPC® Certification, so you only need three refresher courses and updated work experience to test for CSC® or CWPC®. Fill out the CSC® Step 1 application or CWPC® Step 1 application to start and send to certify@acfchefs.net.
