ACF Culinary Team USA 2020 Holds Fundraiser
|
ACF Culinary Team USA 2020 raised $12,000 at a fundraiser and dinner hosted by
Chef Cesar Madrano
at the Indigo Hotel, Los Angeles, on February 23, 2018.
The team created a superior culinary experience that was enjoyed by 130 guests. Many thanks to

for organizing the event.

Allowance of Immersion Circulators
The Certification Commission has voted to allow immersion circulators at practical exams with the stipulation that it is
NOT
an approved cooking method and candidates must bring their own, just as they would bring their own knives. You may want to consider this as you prepare for your upcoming practical exam. Don’t forget that you can
