KATHRYN BUDIG
INTERVIEW
One of our favorite yoginis Ms. Kathryn Budig was
interviewed by the yoga troubadour Kasey Luber for the Give Love Tour that she is
producing.
In this heart warming video Kathryn and her adorable pup Ashi
Budig give an interview about her organization Poses For Paws which raises money through yoga
to donate to animal shelters.
KB also talks about her partnership with Toe Sox where she designed her
own pair of sox and part of the proceeds go to help animals in
need.
All that being said, little Ashi steals the show!

heartfelt interview.
LOCAL HARVEST
I've recently completly changed my eating habits from
processed sugary foods to local and organic. It's been a TAD bit
more expensive, but worth it. I didn't really know where to go to
buy amazing LOCAL organic food until now.
Local Harvest helps you find farmers' markets, family farms,
and other sources of sustainably grown food in your area, where you
can buy produce, grass-fed meats, and many other goodies.

"What you resist
persists."
- Carl Jung, famous Swiss psychiatrist.
"Learn to become still and to take your attention away from what
you don't want, and all the emotional charge around it, and place
the attention on what you wish to experience."
- Michael Beckwith, Reverend, motivational speaker,
best-selling author.
"Pain is a relatively objective, physical phenomenon; suffering
is our psychological resistance to what happens. Events may create
physical pain, but they do not in themselves create suffering.
Resistance creates suffering. Stress happens when your mind resists
what is...The only problem in your life is your mind's resistance
to life as it unfolds."
- Dan Millman, author of "The Way of the Peaceful
Warrior".
"It's OK to notice what you don't want because it gives you
contrast to say, 'This is what I do want'. But the fact is, the
more you talk about what you don't want, or talk about how bad it
is, read about that all the time, and then say how terrible it is -
well, you're creating more of that."
- Jack Canfield, best-selling author of "Chicken Soup for
The Soul".

There will be situations in your life that you
will want to hold on to for dear life. Don't. Resist nothing. Trust
your intuition and flow with life.
Your life can be
an inspired work of art if you let go of everything that doesn't
serve your happiness.
Sometimes the
Uni-verse will ask you to let go of the things you cherish most,
not to punish you, but because there is something even better for
you on the horizon. Each situation and relationship perpares you
for the next phase of life. Recognize when a new phase has
arrived.
You can get stuck
holding on to things that used to make you happy, but now now
longer serve you. Don't go there.
If you knew the
bliss and HUGE life that awaits you on the other side of letting
go, you will just relax and enjoy the ride.

There is no way to live life fully without
encountering times of transition. And what is transition other
than the calling of your highest self to let go of some belief,
some behavior, some thought construct, or some situation that no
longer serves you?
The
challenge comes from our ego whose survival is based on the desire
for everything to remain the same. The status quo is the ego's
addiction. And all the ego cares about is its own
survival.
To
move through transition is to die an ego
death.
It's
not comfortable so in order to move through it we agree that it is
okay to be uncomfortable for a short while. Knowing that it will
pass and we will be stronger for
it.

I trust that
what's next is BEYOND my wildest dreams!
I choose to be
happy and surround myself with other people who are on that same
