New Committee Promotes Efficient IT Services
|
|
The
Office of Information Technology
has developed a new IT Governance Committee to promote effective and efficient technology services that meet the school’s current and future needs. The committee will further an information technology environment that supports and facilitates the realization of our medical school goals related to its four mission areas and strategic plan.
IT Governance will interface directly with the standing committees for administration, clinical, community, education and research, and each of these committee chairs will sit on the IT Governance Committee, providing regularly scheduled updates. This will ensure open and clear lines of communication and complementary, rather than competitive, approaches to enhancing IT infrastructure, operations, and applications. Interactions with other RBHS and Rutgers standing committees will occur as appropriate.
