World Teachers' Day 2017
Today is World Teachers' Day (WTD), first proclaimed by UNESCO in 1994.
The theme for WTD in Canada this year is 'safe and caring schools.' This aligns with ETFO's multi-year strategy for addressing violence in schools to ensure all students and teachers work in a safe and healthy environment.
