SPRING CLASSES ANNOUNCED
The Farm Kitchen
Two of our favorite chefs return this year for a series of hands-on cooking classes.  Join Maria Reina,   Bella Cucina Maria and Rinku Bhattacharya,  Spice Chronicles for 6 delicious classes running from April through June, on Saturdays.  For  a full description of each class click on the "register now" links below.

Class Fee: $40.50 - $45

Apr. 2 from 10am - 1pm
Eggs & Ricotta Cheese 
Spend the morning cooking various egg dishes and making ricotta cheese, with Maria Reina. Learn how to perfectly poach an egg, and prepare the iconic Italian dish of egg asparagus and parmesan.   

Apr. 23 from 4pm - 6pm
Bread Baking The Global Way
Rinku Bhattacharya will show you how to make your bread with flavorful herbs and even vegetables.  Fee includes a signed copy of Rinku's award winning cookbook, The Bengali Five Spice Chronicles.

May 7 from 10am - 1pm
Pasta Making
You will make egg and flour pasta, add flavors and create delicious ravioli.  During the class Maria Reina will be sure to share her passion for Italian cooking and stories of her time at cooking school in Italy!

May 21 from 4pm - 6pm
Classic Indian Cooking
Learn how to put together an a classic Indian meal, featuring an assortment of simple, everyday Indian dishes.  Fee includes a signed copy of Rinku's award winning cookbook, The Bengali Five Spice Chronicles.

Jun. 4 from 10am - 1pm
Traditional Breads
Let Maria Reina take the mystery out of bread making.  Enjoy making and tasting polenta, focaccia and a quick bread.

Jun. 18 from 11am - 1pm
Spices  & Seasons - An Indian Brunch
With Rinku Bhattacharya by your side create Indian breakfast and brunch dishes using seasonal vegetables. Fee includes a signed copy of Rinku's award winning cookbook, The Bengali Five Spice Chronicles.
