Only four weeks left of dinners, events, and classes in the kitchen! Come and catch us while you can! We are cooking with the height of late summer produce, and loving every minute. Ripe peaches, gorgeous tomatoes, summer squash, loads of fresh herbs and even some grapes and early autumn squashes. What a glorious time to cook and eat! We hope to see you at the Table before we close up shop and begin a solid year of cooking across Portland starting in October!

Hands on Classes 

September 21st: South Indian Cuisine - our recent South Indian inspired dinners were a huge hit! We received multiple request for a hands on class with these recipes:0

Recipes include: Summer Pakoras with Charmoula, Cucumber-Mint Raita with Gem Lettuce Cups, Goan Style Curry with Wild Fish or Vegetarian, Spicy Plum Chutney, Four Herb Chutney, Grilled Greens, Frozen Chai Lassi and a Peach Coulis.
RSVP - Bring an apron and to go containers for leftover treats!    

Hands On Cooking after September...If you are interested in hosting a cooking party or private class with Abby in your home over the next year as she cooks her way across Portland, contact her here! She will be putting a calendar and menus together in October, and will reach out to begin scheduling these fun, interactive events. For groups of 2-12!
